About Alyson

Alyson Gerber is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of The Liars Society, a middle grade mystery set at a New England prep school. The Liars Society is a Barnes & Noble Bookseller Favorite, Girls' Life Book Club Pick, and The Week Junior Book of the Week. It has been nominee for the Texas Bluebonnet Award as well as state book awards in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Indiana. The Liars Society #2: A Risky Game is in stores now.

Alyson is a graduate of two New England prep schools, has an MFA from The New School in creative writing, and now lives in New York City with her family.

Alyson’s books have a total of five starred reviews between them, have been nominated for fourteen state book awards, are Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selections, and have been picked as Best Books of the Year by the American Booksellers Association, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop.org, Today Show, and Kirkus Reviews.
